TERMS: Net 30 days for credit approved stocking distributors or C.O.D. Prices are F.O.B. Burlington, VT. and listed in U.S. dollars. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted. Prices subject to change without notice. All orders subject to acceptance at Burlington, VT.

MINIMUM ORDER: Note: All special orders and orders under $500.00 list are subject to a $35.00 handling charge.

ORDER QUANTITIES : Master case quantities shown. No broken case charge. Tongs and can punches are not available in single units.

RETURNS: No merchandise may be returned without authorization. Please call for RA#. Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused. Merchandise authorized for return is subject to 40% restocking charge and must be returned freight prepaid. Returned goods must be in new and unused condition and not more than 1 year old.

CLAIMS: Note: Before signing for delivery, please count number of cartons and inspect for damage. If damage or shortage is found, please note as such when signing the shipping documents and call 1-800-772-2126 within 48 hours. Failure to follow these procedures will result in loss of credit. Carriers require all contents and original containers to be available for inspection. Failure to provide this will result in loss of claim.

TAXES: Prices quoted do not include state, federal, foreign, excise, municipal or other sales or use taxes.
All such taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
